In 2026, the Your Local Club Academy Games will be hosted by the Northern Inland Academy of Sport (NIAS) from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 April across Tamworth, NSW.

The 2026 Games will bring together some of New South Wales’ most promising emerging athletes, competing across six sports: Basketball, Golf, Hockey, Netball, Softball and Triathlon. The event is owned by the Regional Academies of Sport (RAS), which works closely with the host academy each year to deliver a high-quality experience for athletes, coaches, and supporters.

Your Local Club has proudly served as the Principal Partner of the Academy Games since the event’s inception, and the Regional Academies of Sport Incorporated values its long-standing partnership with such a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

The NSW Government, through the Office of Sport, continues to provide strong and meaningful support for the delivery of the Academy Games.
